Gopika Lal is an interior design graduate from TAFE Design Centre Enmore, known for her hands-on approach and thoughtful design process. She is passionate about every stage of interior design from the first concept sketch to the final styling bringing care, curiosity, and creativity into every detail. 

Her work is shaped by a strong cultural perspective and a deep respect for place. Gopika draws on her knowledge of existing traditions and architectural styles, ensuring her designs are responsive to the history, character, and heritage of both residential and commercial buildings. Whether designing within a heritage context or creating something new, she blends sensitivity with a distinctive contemporary touch. 

Gopika has a particular love for natural light, openness, and natural palettes. Her design language often pairs minimal, modern aesthetics with personal and cultural layers that reflect the people behind the space. Using tools like Revit, Photoshop, SketchUp and InDesign, she brings her ideas to life with clarity and precision. 

With each project, Gopika aims to create interiors that are not only beautiful and functional but also grounded in context, emotion and meaning. She is committed to designing spaces that feel personal, respectful, and timeless.
