I’m Rojin Ozel a recent graduate with a diploma in Interior Design, deeply passionate about creating inviting and functional spaces. I absolutely love what I do, and I’m dedicated to making every project a success using my creativity to create a space where people are comfortable in.
A professional couple in their late 30s, early 40s, returning to Australia after several years overseas, seek an interior decorator for their new home in Waverton, Sydney. They desire a cosmopolitan yet family-friendly environment for their growing family, including a child and a young puppy. They aim for a stylish, functional home that aligns with their concern for environmental sustainability and the well-being of their children.

MARY ST
This project is based on creating a hotel located in the heart of Surry Hills. Kate Leigh is the main concept of the hotel and is based on the life she has lived through and her criminal background. However, I take this negative lifestyle she has lived through and create a concept based on a life which Kate Leigh could have lived through if she didn’t go through the criminal route. For each brief I have explored the different eras which Kate Leigh lived through including the 1800s-1900s.

MCM HOUSE
The client is downsizing to a mid-century modern home in a secluded bushland setting, seeks a complete internal rebuild to modernise the space while accommodating ageing in place. The client for this house is Mem Fox. It’s designed with a carers unit and a space comfortable to move around in any times. The design elements are based on the national plant/flower from the country Mem Fox was born in.
