Eve Roche
I am guided by the belief that a thoughtfully designed space can shape how we feel, behave, and connect. My work blends the enduring character of Old World European design, the clarity of modernism, and the warmth of mid-century form to create interiors that feel timeless, grounded, and attuned to the human experience.
My interest in design began in childhood, nurtured by my parents and the homes they built. Walking through construction sites in gum boots and watching structures come together gave me an early appreciation for craftsmanship, materiality, and the emotional resonance of place.
As I continue to refine my design voice, I am excited to learn, grow, and expand my creative perspective. Each project deepens my understanding of colour, form, and spatial character, allowing my style to evolve with intention.
I approach every interior as a distinct emotional landscape. Each space carries its own identity, and I respond through tailored colour palettes that reflect its purpose and atmosphere.
I am particularly drawn to the interplay between modern design and eclectic, character-rich pieces. Integrating objects with history — a sculptural vintage form, a worn timber chair, an unexpected artifact — introduces narrative and depth, enriching contemporary lines with a sense of continuity and place.
My intention is to design spaces that extend beyond visual appeal. I aim to create environments that feel considered, authentic, and quietly transformative — spaces that support daily life while offering moments of clarity, comfort, and connection.
