Bachelor of Interior Design
As an Interior Design graduate (2025), I believe every space has a story waiting to be told. My approach begins with narrative: uncovering the emotional, cultural and spatial layers that shape how people connect with their environment. Through concept-driven design, I translate these stories into spaces that are bold, tactile and deeply human.
My path to interior design began while working as an event florist. I loved crafting immersive, sensory experiences that could transform a moment, but I was equally troubled by the waste and impermanence the industry created. I wanted to channel that same sense of transformation into something enduring, to move beyond temporary installations and design environments that resonate over time.
Studying at the Design Centre Enmore sharpened my eye for storytelling through materiality. I was drawn to the expressive potential of texture, pattern and colour, and how they can create tension, contrast and emotion within a space. My background in floristry and textiles continues to inform my design sensibility; I approach interiors like a composition, balancing rhythm, proportion and tactility to create atmosphere and meaning.
I’m inspired by spaces that feel layered and dynamic, defined by bold forms, rich texture and considered detail. Looking ahead, I aim to contribute to projects that spark emotion and conversation, spaces that challenge expectations, connect people and linger in memory.
