DCE Interior Design

Finn Nebauer

Bachelor of Interior Design

From a young age, I’ve always been drawn to creating spaces and visuals that evoke feeling and connection. My passion for interior design was sparked by a lifelong fascination with how people interact with their environments, from building imaginative spaces with LEGO as a child to exploring form, light, and material in real-world contexts. Studying at Design Centre Enmore has allowed me to develop these interests into a strong design practice, where I’ve enjoyed combining technical skills in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Photoshop with hands-on model making and conceptual thinking. I found particular interest in exploring how design can shape experience, whether through sustainable materials, spatial storytelling, or emotional atmosphere.

Looking ahead, I hope to continue developing as a designer through professional experience that blends interior design, architecture, and visual storytelling. I’m passionate about creating spaces and visuals that feel grounded in nature and community while inspiring a sense of adventure and discovery. My goal is to keep learning, experimenting, and collaborating, bringing ideas to life that connect people more deeply to the environments they inhabit.
