Park Art Centre

Imagine a space where creativity flourishes, where artists find affordable spaces to live and work, while transforming existing parking structure into vibrant community hubs.

Purpose:

This project aims to repurpose parking areas with new function and meaning, creating an environment that:

  • Inspires connections and supports emerging talent.
  • Becomes a cultural destination that celebrates creativity.

Design goals:

1.Provide essential creative spaces for artists while preserving the structure’s brutalist heritage and tranquillity of the area.

2.Demonstrate how adaptive reuse can turn neglected spaces into thriving landmark.

3.Enhance the cultural fabric of Potts Point and Sydney.

Significance:

The parking occupies in valuable areas in cities. The Park Art Centre highlights the need for sustainable solutions and creative reuse of existing structures


Indulce Cakes

Project: Retail Cakery Shop

Location: 656 Crown Street, Surry Hills, NSW

Building description:

The existing building classified as Class 6, denoting its usage as a commercial space. The building stands as a two-story structure with total floor area of approximately 400 sqm.

Client needs and vision:

It’s a place to buy a range of different cakes and brings joy in its approach to creativity and competitive carefully selected products. It is different from average corner cake shops. We want to be unique while maintaining an attractive visual identity throughout. We want to refine the brand identity by creating an inviting, sensory, and playful spatial experience.

Chroma

Project:

The existing hotel and restaurant will become the latest new venue in Erskineville, NSW.
Chroma is playground of creativity and curiosity waiting to be explored. Each floor of Chroma unveils a new chapter in our ever-evolving story that dazzles the senses and ignites the imagination.

Depth of the Ocean

Ground floor:

Restaurant and private intimate dining space with open kitchen plan Multi-sensory experience incorporating sense of sight, smell, and taste, inspired by the underwater flora and fauna.

Wilderness of the earth

First floor:

Multi-purpose venue space, for private or corporate events, music performances or art gallery exhibition. Cocktail Bar and Lounge, dynamic, immersive space for socialising inspired by nature and the rainforest. Clients can design their own cocktail using intelligent tracking system.

Cosmic Beauty

Second floor:

Eight accommodations where clients have control over their stay. Ability to change artwork, colour of lighting, scent of room.

Rooftop:

The roof top is a place for relaxation in 3 meditation pods through virtual and augmented reality.
