THE PICCADILLY HOTEL
The design intention for the Piccadilly Hotel in Potts Point is to create a unique and immersive experience that takes visitors on a captivating journey through the evolution of music experiences. By transforming an existing heritage building into a sonic time capsule, the aim is to capture the essence of different decades, from the 1930s to the 1990s. The design will not only celebrate the diverse musical genres of each era but also incorporate visual and atmospheric elements that evoke the cultural significance and iconic aesthetics associated with those times. This project seeks to blend history, design, and sound to provide patrons with a one-of-a-kind, nostalgia-filled experience that resonates with the spirit of each musical epoch and the unique urban tapestry of Potts Point.
SIGNORELLI INTERNATIONAL
Nestled in North Sydney, Signorelli International at 1 Denison Street isn’t just an office; it’s a coastal story in every curve and hue. Inspired by the natural dance of the coastline, the design mimics its fluidity—curves that echo the ebb and flow of the sea.
The color palette is a canvas of coastal serenity—blues mirroring the ocean, warm sandy tones, and lush greens. Large windows frame dynamic views, inviting nature into the workspace, while indoor greenery adds life.
Collaboration zones, inspired by seaside gatherings, encourage teamwork, creativity, and the exchange of ideas. Flexibility is a mantra, with adaptable workspaces that echo the ever-changing coastal landscape. Technology integrates seamlessly, offering modern efficiency in a setting rooted in nature.
