Mittagong Maltings reimagines the Co-housing model, catering it towards younger families in order to reverse the diaspora currently faced by the Southern Highlands community. Additionally, address the slowing agricultural sector in the region through the inclusion of a farm to table produce shop that acts as an attraction point – drawing people outside of the residency into the historical Mittagong Maltings site.
