When creating the branding package for the Camperdown Boutique Hotel project, I wanted to encompass the essence of the area focusing on its history, and movement through time via human and natural interactions. Highlighting the eclectic mix of eateries, along with the innovative and diverse approach to immersive experiences in arts and culture. Creating a true sense of place where old meets new and past meets present.
So whatever city you choose The Collective Hotel allows you too truly “BE WHERE YOU ARE”
The Collective Hotels aesthetic is a mix of heritage and contemporary design using a neutral base layering and disrupting this with bursts of bright and bold colour creating intrigue and adventure. Celebrating texture and time along with the beauty in the transience of the ever evolving world we live in. Through the art selections and materiality Camperdown’s identity, street art, entertainment, diversity and acceptance is felt and communicated.
As an extension of the brand, we would like to take you on an unforgettable exploration of the senses. Arriving at your destination via sea plane and indulging in an interactive culinary experience heightening all senses. The concept reflected with the use of bold colours, piecing together unrelated forms in a fantasy like balance that creates a curious interior where things are not always as it seems. Please follow us down the Rabbit Hole…
